She holds a B-Tech and National Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, an Advanced Diploma in Project Management, and professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Operational Readiness and Workshop Facilitation, and Asset Management for Artisans C101. With her Master of Business Administration (MBA) Expertise, Nqobile combines her strong foundation in industrial efficiency, process optimisation, and continuous improvement to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that enhance performance and create sustainable value for clients in the Mining, Construction, Farming and Industrial sectors.
