About the Opportunity
Makwandezizwe Services is seeking a motivated and dedicated Graduate Industrial Engineer to join our team on a Facilities Layout and Process Studies Project at a fabrication workshop in Silverton. This role is designed for students who require P1/P2 practical training as part of their Industrial Engineering qualification.

The successful candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience in:
- Conducting facilities layout studies for a fabrication workshop.
- Performing process analysis including time and motion studies.
- Identifying workflow inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Supporting safety and compliance audits in line with OHS standards.
- Contributing to reports and recommendations for efficiency, safety, and productivity improvements.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Must be studying towards a National Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Successful completion of 1st and 2nd year Industrial Engineering courses.
- Currently seeking P1 or P2 experiential learning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- A keen interest in process improvement, operations, and safety.
